did arkansas have players at practice that were granted TROs?
the post said in street clothes ,but they wouldnt be there if someone didnt think this shot wasnt over yet.
whats going on with this? im more concerned with basketball than football though.
what action are schools considering taking or expecting other schools or a school to take to potentially make players eligible after the new rule?

If they didn't sign a pro contract, the rule doesn't apply to them. Just like the Notre Dame defensive end that LSU signed.

Neither Caleb Wooden nor Sean Williams signed an NFL contract. They're both eligible under the new SEC rules.
