For sure he is. I’m not here to defend him either. And even if it’s not criminal, actions have consequences.
I will defend anyone who is a victim and suffering, but I will also call out bullshite and fake outrage when it happens.

1- I do not know the actual details of this lady's case. But he did send her a DM stating that she did not even know who the guy is.
2- I do know that the Liberty Lawsuit was settled. That the case was against their policies. Not what happened?
Lawsuit filed against Liberty University by 12 Jane Does settled
The original lawsuit accused the university of creating “a campus environment where sexual assaults and rapes are foreseeably more likely to occur than they would in the absence of Liberty’s policies.”

In all, I have not seen anything on Freeze since his hire or that he was some how involved in those things PRIOR to being hired.
The DM is all I have seen and that seems to be at her continued attack on Liberty U.
