Anyone with a brain (other than lsupride) knows this isn’t even an argument when talking about the careers of the two. Henry settled it a while ago

For reference, about 900 of his 1500 yards last season came in his last 6 games.

But people didnt want to give tannehill credit for the turn around last year....

Tannehill came in, made the passing game legit, and the running game followed

This year, im not sure what Henrys deal is. He has neve been great behind the LOS, but this year it just seems like he is back there forever before he gets going

I am not sure where I once even hinted at Fournettes career being better than Henry

I even outright alluded to Henry having the better career by far. Everyone with a brain(other than Vidic)can see that

Yeh, the hyperbole is a little much as well

Before last season, Henry wasnt even a full time RB

Derrick Henry has had a higher YPC (other than this year) every year they have been in the league. Henry has been the better back since the first year both of them were in the league

Henry has a higher career ypc than Zeke.

Henry has 3 less rushing TDs on ~350 less carries.

Fournette had twice as many rushing yards his rookie season than Henry did. Henry didn't even start for his own team until the second half his his third year in the league. I promise ypc is not the only way to evaluate how good a RB is. Tony Pollard had a higher YPC than Ezekial Elliott did last year. Does that mean he was a better back?

I'm sorry, despite what you want to be true, until Henry's monster season last year, no he had not had a better career than Fournette to that point.

Not to mention, you're completely ignoring the fact that Fournette has 400 yards more receiving than Henry does with one fewer season played.

Look, I hope Henry does well. I pull for the Titans being from Tennessee and currently living in the Nashville area, but there's no need to be hyperbolic to make a point.

Pretty unfair comparison considering one was a change of pace back and one has been a full time starter

Henry has 1 season as an actual starting running back

Eh, we’ll see.

In that 1 year Henry led the league in rushing, rushing TDs, and rushing yards per game. He averaged 5.1 ypc which is significantly better than Zeke’s average and way higher than Zeke has had since 2016.

Henry started 12 games 2 years ago and went for 1059 yards on 4.9 ypc and 12 TDs. Zeke has never averaged more TDs per game than that and has only had a season with a ypc that high one time(also the 2016 season).

Zeke has also run behind a better OL and offense for his career, I’d assume.

Henry has also been MUCH better in the playoffs.

Zeke vs Henry is probably what we should be talking about. Not LF7 vs Henry.

Ok

Zeke has 1,500 more career yards rushing and 1,100 more receiving yards than Henry and they have both been in the nfl 5 seasons

You can’t even compare them

He is pretty intteligent and knows these games don't matter. He balls out in the playoffs though.

I think they are both clearly good backs. I don't feel the need to put one down to raise the other. I think LF has excellent vision and Henry has that badass stiff arm. Both would rather run around you but can run over you if neccessary.

Why are you leaving out Henry’s third season when the dumbass Titans finally realized what they had?

Eyes are though. And Henry has looked considerably better every year except Fournette a first year. I’m also mostly just doing this to pick at lsupride because the only thing he brings up is YPC

ETA when it fits his argument apparently. Other times he wants to use total numbers

Is he also being grossly outperformed by his undrafted replacement, like Mr. Fournette
