Ole Miss just lost a ton of their best players to the NFL Draft.

How were they not taken seriously when they were #1 going into the playoffs?

I don't see why people still sleep on Swinney being a great coach

He's won 10 games or more each of the last 5 seasons. Won big time games and big bowl games as well. One of the better recruiters in the nation. He's built a great program

That is a logical thought but let's dig a little deeper.

OM won 7 games including a game against the national champions without Tunsil at LT.

Treadwell was great but we have as much talent at WR as anyone in the country.

RN was a game changer but like everyone said the last couple of years, he didn't always show up. And we do have some good quality replacements there that don't have as high of a ceiling of RN but has a higher floor. We may not get as many TFLs but we won't get pushed around there by any stretch.

Our biggest question marks are in the secondary with the losses of Elston and Hilton.

Interesting. One will be invited to the heisman ceremony this year and is an early favorite, the other wont' be close.

I don't understand why it's so inexplicable that Chad could be a Heisman finalist. He threw for 4,000+ yards and 30+ touchdowns with solid rushing statistics in the SEC West. It was also his first full year playing FBS-level football.

I totally understand trolling someone but when you troll with absolutely nothing to back it up, then it's just sad. I could totally understand if you were comparing Brandon Harris to Deshaun Watson and laughing at how lop-sided it is. Chad Kelly is absolutely a great college QB.

Tunsil only played half of the year last year and they were fine without him. Nkimdeche showed flashes but also took a lot of plays off. He never lived up to his potential. Losing Treadwell will hurt, but they have the best receiving corp, on paper, in the country. They will be fine at receiver.

Look, I am no fan of OM, but I cannot believe how many people on sleeping on them. They are talented and have a Top 3 QB on the country at the helm.

They were Vegas dogs in both playoff games, if memory serves.

So anyone not pumping up your player is trolling? Nobody said kelly isn't a great college QB. He is. What we said is that he isn't on watson's level. Which he isn't.

DW finished 3rd in the heisman last year, kelly wasn't one of the 10 folks on teh ballot. As of 2 days ago DW was tied with LF as the frontrunner for '16 at +400 odds, while CK is currently at +2500. DW is a 1st team preseason All American, CK might be 3rd or 4th team.

To say that a guy with DW's track record is on another than CK isn't trolling or an insult to kelly. It's a testament to how really fricking good DW is.

DeltaDoc, you have been here long enough to know that there is little to no serious discussion on this board. This board exists for all of us to laugh at trolling. So your very serious analysis is not going to be reciprocated with any kind of fruitful discussion.

You're basing your analysis of the two QBs on Heisman balloting and preseason conjecture. Chad was one point lower than Watson in QB rating last season playing in the toughest division in the toughest conference in college football. To say "he's not in the same league" is a bit farcical.

Why are you so worried about Chad Kelly today? Shouldn't you be a touch concerned with UNC?

Your analysis is based on conjecture from Heisman balloting. Jason White and Eric Crouch say hello.

What I think about UNC has less than nothing to do with what actually happens so not sure why that matters.
