Not in the portal era, everyone plays for one year.

miss State is screwed for several decades unless they get booted to a weaker conference. That’s just based on being a NIL poor poverty program.

Kiffin is not going anywhere. Every year there are threads about him leaving for this program or that program. The college game has been changed forever by NIL and the portal. Last year, it was Auburn he couldn't live without. The new buzz is Florida. Not going to happen. These threads are tiresome and have no legs.

If UF can't land Lane Kiffin, I think they will go after Jed Fisch at UW. Fisch is a UF alum and the AD who hired him at UW left soon after to become the AD at Nebraska. I think Fisch would strongly consider the UF job.

I don't know about screwed, but it was well known months ago Ole Miss and Joey were all in on the '24 season. Have you missed all the talk about how well the Rebs do with all their mercenaries will either be a blueprint or cautionary tale for other programs to follow?
