If anything, wouldn't 21-0 help ND (as opposed to if Bama lost the rematch)?

If OK wins out they should should be in, they're playing real good game nowadays, have a very good QB.
Not in order, if these team win out will be in the CFPO.
Bama
OU
OSU
Clemson

TCU is a little outside the top 15 at #18 but to make up for that Baylor was well inside at #4 and Okie St could be around #6
The playoff committee doesn't look at the ranking when they played. What matters will be what the rankings are at the end of the season.
For example, when Notre Dame played Georgia Tech in September, Ga Tech was undefeated and rated #14. At the time, it was a good win for ND. Unfortunately for Notre Dame, Ga Tech imploded and they are currently 3-7. So the playoff committee doesn't see it as a good win over a #14 team (although it was a good and important win for ND at the time).
The same thing is happening to OU. Most people think that Baylor will lose a few more games and not be rated high (if at all) at the end of the season. Thus, it won't help OU with the playoff committee.

If they and OU win out, ND will be in Bama's spot and OU will be in OSU's spot almost exactly. Well the consensus in the media since 1/9/12 seems to be that even though Bama was the better team and proved it, they should have never been given the chance and LSU should never have been forced to beat a team it already did. I think that attitude will doom Notre Dame. I know they are currently in the top 4 slot but look for that to go slip away if OU keeps winning, based on the fact that nobody outside of South Bend (or Tuscaloosa) wants a rematch.
It might matter. It certainly did in 2004.

Good God are you that stupid. First off, every Bama fan's Christmas wish is to play OU in the semi and OSU in the final. The perfect revenge scenario. Second, ND would be a major let down but we'll take whoever they put us against seriously. We don't want to overlook anyone like last year.
Bama lost because they overlooked OSU? That's cute.

1-loss ND gets in ahead of a 1-loss Big12 Champ. The only hope for the Big12 is an undefeated champ in Okie State or a 1-loss champ and a top 4 team losing.

OU is projected to have the number 1 SOS at seasons end. ND has the advantage due to the texas loss, however theres no way Clemson or ND win BOTH win out it is Clemson after all. I think we will see OU ND Bama and tOSU in the playoff if those teams all win out.

That's as tough a 3 game stretch as you'll find this year all those teams can score a lot of points
Is it great offense, or bad defenses? Just an example, I saw safetys for Oklahoma literally turn their backs on a block and olle' several times in the Baylor game saturday, instead of sticking their noses in, and making a play in a close, big game. I think it's indicative of the big 12 defenses personally. They can rush the passer, but that's about it.

I agree that OU is a better team and more deserving than ND (assuming OU wins out).
I think the committee selectively uses their own criteria and will not invoke the SoS argument in this case. They will say the ND loss to #1 Clemson is better than the OU loss to unranked TX and use the "TX as a common opponent" angle to keep the Big12 out.

That may sound crazy in hindsight but Bama was riding very high at #1 and OSU really hadn't done squat in years. We felt they lucked into the #4 spot and was also starting a 3rd string QB. OSU was laser focused and Bama players had been partying on Bourbon for days (they even admitted it pregame). So, yeah we overlooked them. But, there will be no excuse this time plus we are an overall much better team. Defense wins championships and this one is A LOT better than our 2014 version.
