I’d like to get to play the Tennessee game again with Bazelak playing the entire time.
He was in so early that he was pretty much the starter.

Some of both. Bazelak should've been the starter from the beginning, he could be the next Drew Lock

Yeah, we did. We also wasted 3 possessions to start the game playing Robinson and when Bazelak came in we dropped two perfect passes that would have went for TDs

It is what it is

Robinson played the first 3 series and we scored zero points. I’m not even sure we got a first down.

When Bazelak came in we were moving down the field on every drive.

You guys won the game, not trying to take that away. Just saying it could have been much different with the right QB and if our receivers didn’t have the most drops in program history for a game

Mizzou had 5 drops that were easy catches, 0 against LSU using a bunch of new WR's. Ballsack starting wasn't the only change, there were several changes made between Tennessee and LSU that caused for instant improvement.

Im in no way saying we beat UT, but Id feel very confident is saying we would lose by less than 10

Tennessee would have still won the game, our defense could not stop the run.

But, our offense was so bad to start that game. By the time Drink made the QB switch it was already 14-0.

Jeffcoat taking Turners place was a step in the right direction

So, if they played again (in your scenario)...would UT be playing their Senior DB (Shamburger), or the True Freshman that started against Mizzou the first time because of contact tracing?

Missouri is pretty good on offense, but overall they are not very good. The number of fumbles they gave LSU should have cost them that game. LSU is abad football team.

I imagine we'll have a better record at the end of the season than Tennessee. So we have that going for us.

Remember, UT was down 2 defensive starters due to contact tracing.

It took 3 weeks to get to 1-2 beating a 1-2 team. Not saying LSU is bad, but Mizzou hasn't been tested. Also, their schedule is shite where they could win out. Oh boy, you played Alabama. We do that every year and even the last 2 Arkansas has put up points, on BETTER Alabama teams.

No one is taking away the fact that Tennessee would have won. The difference is that we spotted you 14 points before the QB change. We didn't have a pulse and our defense was gassed for being on the field for so long. It really should have been 17 nothing with the missed FG. We lost that game because we could not line up properly, tackle, and stop the run and would have regardless. The difference is we would have been in it a little longer than what it ended up being.
