Only the arrogant Tiger fans. We are not winning this game but I am hoping for a good showing...

FSU was very good. Alabama broke them.

I suspect you are right. I would imagine you will be one. If I am wrong, I will be happy to apologize to all the LSU fans for doubting them. I guess what shocks me is the number of LSU fans that seem surprised that Alabama is confident of a win. I mean, it's not like they have struggled the last decade, or so.

Only Alabama can beat Alabama.

The real argument is about FSU. Sure, LSU is better than FSU now. But the Noles team Alabama played Week 1 was better than LSU.

I was coming here to post exactly this.

Hmm, considering they havent played yet, I have no idea how to answer this question.

I like to pick on Bama as much as the next guy, but it's not their fault Florida St is dog shite. Preseason they were top 10.

LSU will be the best team they have faced so far and will probably end up being the highest ranked team on their regular schedule at the end of the year.

No. We scrimmaged Troy in the bye week (kept it quiet). Good game but we beat them comfortably.

Very good? A very good team doesnt go 2-5 simply by losing their qb.....

Yea, I wouldn't say they were very good. I think with Francois they probably win 2/3 of those close home games and don't collapse/quit/give up/whatever at Boston College, but they still are terrible on the OL and poorly coached (yet extremely talented) on defense.

Their season collapsed, but even with a healthy Francois that's still a 8-4/9-3 team.

Exactly. Very good teams continue to win without one player

2011 lsu won when their starter was suspended

2014 OSU continued to win with multiple qbs going down

Bama would continue to win if hurts went down

We were the best team in the country in 2011, regardless of who we had played, just like we are this year. I’ve always found that thought process a little puzzling. “Team X isn’t good because they haven’t played anybody.” As if team X can just call up a team currently in the top 5 and schedule a game on a Tuesday. Alabama schedules a marquee OOC opponent every year

While you're at it......tell us how last years FSU team that lost by 43 to Louisville was better than last year's LSU team that beat Louisville by 20 and how Texas A&M is better than LSU even though they have a shittier record and haven't beaten us since they joined the SEC.
