Given the tough circumstances of Covid-19 and players quitting on their teammates, injuries and the lots of other internal/external problems. Are the powers to be overreacting in firing all the coordinators and assistant coaches on the football team?

LSU can be proud of themselves for how they held together in the end becoming a cohesive team. The last three games of the season saw an undermanned defense make tremendous strides in improvement both pass and run play.

The offense looked more fluid and able to run plays and be effective in the red zone.

In finishing the season with a 5-5 record when many doubted they would ever get past 3 wins.

Given the circumstances the coaches had in putting a roster together much less a game plan, did the power brokers overreact?

Only time will tell, but I'm guessing a little of both happened. Overreacting and underreacting allowing a lax atmosphere that basically goes to the heart of the problems. By that I mean Ed. Orgeron!

LSU did lose a lot of players plus this covid thing hurt everyone. What amazed me is how well Bama handled it. That’s called stability in a long time coach imo.

That’s what’s most impressive TBH. Once again, Saban knows how to grow his business in a time of instability. Amazing focus.

We've been hearing about how bad we suck since February. Now that we get rid of the coaches that everyone said that were the reasons that we suck the question is are we overreacting.

Show me a program that goes from 15-0 to 5-5 then stands pat & I’ll show you a culture of mediocrity.

LSU had the perfect storm of about 30 players lost to the draft and graduation.
Coupled with another 20 who either quit (I don't know what opt out means), or got injured as the season progressed, to leave them with a team of young but very talented players.

Along with the fact that LSU had no spring for Bo to implement his defense and some issues surrounding the BLM ordeal, and here comes 5-5.

Bama had the opposite perfect storm of returning coordinators and a great nucleus of guys who returned to try to raise their draft grade after LSU stole their thunder (and soul) last year.
