Ohhh, it's OK little buddy. I understand that it's tough to have not been respected since Eli was a senior. I know that it must be tough to have LSU show more respect to the new guys from Texas by scheduling a bye week before their game.

But how about that silver lining? You guys get to play an LSU team that will not have had a bye week at all until after they play you almost ten games into the season! After all, that's why Ole Miss won last year and anyone who pays attention knows it.

But wait, you need to stop reminding everyone about how you will be playing an LSU team without it's star seniors for the second year in a row. It makes Ole Miss look like they were actually facing a team that had it's star seniors on the field that year. Sure man, act like Ole Miss is supposed to have a decent chance against LSU without the Tigers needing to lose most of their starters.

Heck, after Ole Miss wins for the second year in a row I'll bet that the Rebs will get respect fer sure. LSU fans might actually act like Ole Miss is a kinda sorta rivalry game maybe. And then you guys will see that LSU bye week before they have to play yall just like ya'll were a top SEC west team! It's going to be so cool to be respected... you'll see.

Don't sell LSU short this year. If the QB's play average with not many turnovers, then LSU will be hard to beat. Won't pass as good as last year because of a lack of experience but they (the QB's) will be more of a threat to run this year.

I look for the defense to be outstanding this year. If you really watched their play last season, you noticed the linebackers and secondary got a lot better as the year went along (we had a lot of busted plays earlier in the season). This year the defense will be a lot deeper. I'm not as worried about the defensive line as some of you are. The quality is there, it's just young.

The offensive line will be one of the best we've had in a while. The tight-ends are good, the running backs are excellent, and the receivers will be excellent later in the season (once they get more experience).

If LSU protects the ball, they can beat any team they play this year.

Ole Miss has a good team, they better keep Wallace healthy to have a chance to beat LSU.

Same for Miss State and their QB Prescott.

On a different note. THIS IS FOR SOME OF THE ALABAMA FANS.

When y'all played LSU in the Championship game a couple of years ago. It was two of the best teams I have seen play college football. The score was 21-0 but if LSU was so bad why did it take probably your best team ever eight (8) quarters to finally score a touchdown? If you really think about it, your defensive line dominated our offensive line for that game. They didn't do that in the previous game and my guess is they wouldn't in the next one. It was two great teams playing....show some respect.
