Some are speculating that when Saban finally retires, Phil Longo will be the guy to take over. I think this Saturday, when the Tide rolls into Oxford, we're going to see why:

1. He grooms QBs.
2. He knows how to get the ground game going.
3. He takes no guff.

Is this Phil's dog or something? 75% of your posts are about Phil Longo.

Phil Longo is absolutely on a roll. As I've said, this guy is going to be the head coach of a dynasty in 5 or so years. Get him an experienced DC like a Joe Kines, and #LongoBall will be a household hashtag....

Every now and then, a coordinator comes along who just has that "it" factor, and you know it's only a matter of time before they're a head coach at a major power and a dynasty starts. Right now, Phil Longo is that guy. Big things coming this guy's way, and it's either gonna be hop on board or GTFO....

I’d like to see it happen if for no other reason than for every male Bama fan to get a Longo high and tight haircut
