No but you’ll be really good the year after and the next few after that at least.

Sorry Alabama couldn’t win its fourth straight SEC title. And fifth in six years.

Who would have thought it would be a nice signing day to really make the Dawgs decide to come out of their holes guns blazing.

No after OU gets a hold of them, their only decent win will be a rematch victory over AU. People will attribute this years success to scheduling .

The infrastructure in Athens makes Oxford look like Mogadishu. The people are far classier and more civilized as well. That's what happens when your school actually has academic standards.

Athens is average. The std rate and that stench on your campus isn’t.

Ole Miss’s beautiful campus is a gift from God himself. Key difference, knucklehead.

It's a solid combo of a good singing day, revenge game on Auburn, and the fact that the SEC Rant is a shell of it's former self.

Since we're talking about scheduling, have you guys got the nerve to schedule Auburn again?
Were you scared?

Ole Miss' campus is where Kennedy had to send the military all because a black student was enrolled. How civilized....

Going into to South Bend and winning with a true freshman qb wasn't impressive

That hasn’t been a big deal for about 30 years now. ND is and has been irrelevant for almost 3 decades.

A gift from God??? Lol. I've been there many times and that is not what I think when I see this "gift". Things like desolate outpost, stepping back into the 50s and "wow! This place could really use a facelift" come to mind

I mean I think we win the east.

Don’t think we will win the SEC though, I expect some type of drop off.

But I don’t think Florida or Tennessee will have the talent to knock us off.

I agree with that. ND is always over rated. when Ga was about to play them we were bombarded with endless stories of the greatness of ND, the history and the atmosphere we would be up against. It seemed everybody thought that our players would crumble under the awesomeness of a program that hasnt been relevant in their lifetime. This was built up into a huge game. I went to S Bend - not to see ND and its "suffocating atmosphere" but to cheer my Dawgs on. I wasn't impressed or in awe of things long buried in their past. It wasn't nearly as impressive as the cocktail party or Bryant Denny. And neither was their team. Ga got a huge boost for beating them but that victory meant less to many of us than a win over Auburn or LSU.
I will say that the ND fans were very nice. I wasn't expecting that.

Make that Mercer. Of course judging from the Keystone Cops routine AU treated us to in the SEC - blocked field goals, bumbling fumbles, etc. maybe that spring game shouldnt be scheduled either.
But give Mercer another chance. They are an up and coming program with a beautiful campus. I think they will take you next time.

I think UGA will take a step back next year. Still the favorite in the east though.

The key to being successful long term will be how Kirby replaces coaches leaving. When you have a successful program other programs will constantly be poaching coaches.

I’ll be interested to see if Kirby is at successful at recruiting 5 stars every year at positions that are 3 deep with star recruits already. Saban was able to do it but not everybody is Saban.
