Well true. But during my years in Athens, I saw a lot of kids that were clearly not natives. They also tended to be the ones who lost interest after UGA lost a game and were out of the title race, and the ones who wanted to start fights with every opposing fan they saw.

Hate those fans. They're the ones who think georgia games are for social reasons. But HOPE brought a ton of those douches into athens.

I hear you, I'm a metro Atlanta kid, though a multi generation and more traditional one. I saw some rough ones at AU too, but thankfully, AU tends to appeal more to a certain type of person than UGA does. I think UGA has a broader appeal for non-southerners.
