Just looking at the pics I googled of both facilities, it looks like MSU does in fact have nicer football facility.
Now as far as stadiums go well, there's no way MSU will be competing in the near or distant future, although I really like the look of their new renovations.

A recruits opinion on facilities has been demonstrated to be one of the least important reasons for choosing a school. The two big reasons are winning and playing time. State can offer tons of the 2nd and that's where the focus should be.
