Then there is the whole recruitment of a violent POS who was removed from high school after nearly killing his (female)teacher. When the POS inevitably assaults a woman on campus, BK hires a Chicago law firm to smear the victim until she kills herself.

TLDR: what I remember: Guy has history of assaulting women and little girls going back to age ten. CBK thinks he’d be a great fit at Notre Dame. Guy attacks female teacher with desk. CBK still thinks he’d be a great fit at ND. Guy gets to ND and assaults woman, not too badly, probably doesn’t crack worst 100 things he’d done to women, but still illegal. Could have been handled with a short suspension and an apology. CBK and ND instead immediately lawyer up. Victim and family receive threats both public and private. Lawyers threaten to publicly humiliate her and essentially go on to do that. Victim ends her own life. Dude goes on to get drafted then a few days after the draft he is found to have kicked an 8 pound pup to death so obviously never gets signed. Dude’s own father blames CBK and ND for pushing the victim into suicide.
Most articles are buried deep in the archives. WaPo did the most famous one but I can’t find it. Here is one that is still barely accessible LINK

Mostly because the Mizzou poster is seriously embellishing the case, as usual.
"Nearly killing his high school teacher" = throwing a desk at his high school teacher
"When the POS inevitably assaults a woman on campus" = Shembo was accused of fondling a female's breasts at Notre Dame, without consent but was ultimately cleared in a hearing and no charges were filed.
"BK hires a Chicago law firm to smear the victim until she kills herself" = This part is just completely false.
You could say BK shouldn't have recruited the kid after he displayed violent tendencies, that's about the extent of his culpability.

BK doesn't move the needle enough to be hated. More like a sigh of resignation.

What? No. If he wins a few championships he may be.

No, I don't think anyone takes him serious enough to hate him.
Kiffin is the most hated.
Saban's cheating self was the most hated, until he cut ran.

Kelly Survives Controversy by Winning
Interesting article from 2018 that touches on the Shembo scandal. One thing I will give Kelly, he keeps it fresh. At a lot of schools, the same type of scandals seem to pop up repeatedly. For instance, reckless driving at Georgia. But Kelly has a heck of a resume; sexual assault contreversy involving players and assistant coaches at both Notre Dame and LSU, the shooting/driving/suicide issues with Lacy and Holly, multiple former players at both schools suing him and/or the school, academic misconduct, multiple seasons with vacated wins, the scissorlift incident, the cringey grinding, table pounding. player blaming and fake accents. The man believes in variety.

The article speaks a lot of truth.
BK wasn't necessarily "responsible" for most of those issues per se but they do change perceptions and that could be a good reason to fire him, if he also isn't winning on the field.
In that case, he started winning again at Notre Dame and all of that talk vanished.

Interesting that an Alabama fan wants to point the finger at Kelly after Bama hired DeBoer.

The craziest part is that he allegedly took the LSU job to recruit players of lower character and academic standing.
"I get a chance to coach LSU football players, the best in the country, that have the best resources, that have an administration that is aligned to that end,"
…but he had already amassed arguably the lowest character alumni of any coach that has ever lived, highlighted by multiple murderers. How can it be surprising if players are now involved with shooting up nightclubs or otherwise recking havoc on the community?

There's this as well

The article was from over a year ago. Since then, I have heard about this twice. Both times here. Once you posted about it and once Sidewalk did. Doesn’t aeem to have gained any traction.
And here is how you can tell the writer of the piece is a serious, unbiased journalist. This is his profile page on SBNation.

Since you claim that the head coach has no culpability in the Brooks case, it is all on medical personnel, then surely you will have to agree that this lawsuit doesn’t have anything to do with the head coach.either.

I don't believe either head coach is responsible for either case.
However, you're anxious to hold Kelly accountable in the Brooks case and very quick to sweep the DeBoer issue under the rug.

So the exact same thing you are doing, just in reverse. You say you don’t hold Deboer responsible, yet you are the one who just posted the link to the medical malpractice lawsuit and laid it at Deboers feet.

Most of this stuff is wildly embellished by you here, and some of it is purely made up.
You need to touch grass.
