I'm gonna go with the original shite Garrison posted.
LSU 2003-2007 and Auburn 2010-2013
LSU
2003 13-1, SEC West, beat UGA a 2nd time for the SEC Champ, National Champ
2004 9-3, lost Cap 1 bowl
2005 11-2 11 weeks w/o a bye due to Katrina/Rita, won SEC West, lost SEC Champ, destroyed Miami in the Peach Bowl
2006 11-2, blew out Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl
2007 12-2, lost to #17 Kentucky and 4 loss Arkansas after 3OT in both games, but beat #9 Virginia Tech, #12 South Carolina, #9 Florida, #18 Auburn, #17 Alabama, #14 Tennessee, and #1 Ohio State. Won SEC West, SEC Championship, and National Championship.
Auburn
2010 14-0, SEC West, SEC Champ, National Champ
2011 8-5, won Chick-fil-A bowl, blowout losses to 4 of the 5 ranked teams they faced
2012 3-9, needed OT to beat ULM
2013 12-1, SEC West, SEC Champ, waiting on MNC game, only loss to LSU

LSU was a split title and fluky 2 loss - no one else to put in the title game run. Auburn will be 2 thugs, a rented mule and a high school offense.
Is that the answer you were looking for?

There is no split fricking title. This is one of my biggest CFB pet peeve arguments and it drives me up the wall. In 1998 everyone agreed to the BCS. The AP is merely a part of the overall whole that is the BCS. LSU won the BCS title game, they are the national champions. Not USC.
If one of the computer polls had voted someone other than bama the champs last year, should that count? Of course not, because it's simply a part of the whole.

The AP didn't agree to it thus rendering your statement false.
Try again without the AP reference.

I'm glad LSU's run concerns you.
Congrats on a pathetic 2-7 record against Miles. Good luck against the Seminoles. I hope your stuttering retard of a QB doesn't have to throw.
35-21 (without even breaking a sweat)

The AP doesn't field a football team do they? The frickin teams/conferences agreed to abide by the BCS system, which would use a variety of methods to come up with 1 v 2 and the winner was the champ.
USC didn't make the game, much less win it, so no they are not the champs that year.

I didn't see that original post. Obviously if those are the two time frames it changes the argument in LSU's favor.
But if you throw in 2004 and AU wins in Pasadena then it's AU.

You so jelly. Have fun playing Iowa, we'll all be on the edge or our seat for that primetime thriller.
I hope your star player doesn't rape again and then violate his parole. I would hate for your team to be distracted from their bowl prep by having to partake in another reinstatement vote.

It's champion has been recognized for like 80 years now. We should all be thankful someone had enough common sense to realize the #1 team deserved recognition.
The system you are promoting selected a team that lost it's conference championship to a 4 loss team 35-7. Let that sink in for a few.

So? They aren't recognized now, and in 2003..once again..they were but a PART of the bcs whole. You don't eat a cake and say you're eating eggs just because they're an ingredient. Since 1998 the champion has been determined by the BCS and nothing else.

And LSU got their recognition..by winning the BCS title game.

I'm not promoting shite..I readily acknowledge the BCS in its infancy had some hella flaws. However, I believe people should follow rules and the guidelines that have been set and agreed upon. Fact is that when the BCS started it was agreed that the BCS title game would declare the national champ. LSU won it, USC didn't.

Um,no. LSU never has had a losing season during the run,let alone a dog-arsed 3-9 season.

They didn't do a team vote after Hill raped Auburn, so I don't know why they would if he rapes someone now.

There have been 0 loss champions, does that make a 1 loss title just a "title?" What is it exactly that makes a 2 loss champion who accomplished more than any other team in 2007 less of a champion exactly.
And ironically, thanks to Nick Saban's massive success at Alabama, which is admittedly the bane of too many many LSU fans' existence, nobody considers that 03 title a split anymore unless they root for USC, or want to talk down the BCS.

Why do you care which run is better?
Obviously, LSU has been more dominate since 2000, but they weren't this year.
This is the year of the Auburn Tiger!

Uh yeah, you mean the score of the Auburn-LSU game going into the half?
ETA: And you'll lose to FSU by more than 21.

ETA2: Also, why don't you look at your own result against Bama in 2011. 42-14 L
Also, we beat Bama that regular season, don't forget.
