Stick to worrying about AU players committing armed robberies. Petrino will take care of Wade.

Good one. Glad you were able to stay on topic and have a reasonable discussion.

Can everyone who has never been on a punt coverage unit/punt return team get the frick out of this thread?

If you're coming at the return man, and he HAS NOT called fair catch, you assume that he is going to catch the ball and return it. You must make that assumption. If you are able to get to him before he catches it, he would have called a fair catch. That is the logic that should be going through the gunner's head, but isnt, cause hes going full speed.

Looks like I'm late to the shite party, but the ejection was too much. Personal foul yes, but he shouldn't have been ejected for that. I don't remember the Bama player getting ejected for doing the EXACT SAME THING a couple weeks ago vs. Florida. That one was even worse because the Florida player was just standing there.

The Vandy player ran sideways and forward right into the path of Wade. Hit wasn't totally intentional.

That hit was so nasty, but really uncalled for and they did right back kicking him out. That dude pulls some shite like that in BR he won't make to the locker room LSU would bury his arse under the eye.

This site isnt for me. There were 10 pages of people posting their favorite books on the OT before I was the first to mention Carl Sagan. I'm going back to reddit. If i ever have a need to be entertained by pussy-arse football fans and redneck flamers, I'll be back.

Obviously, because you talk out of your arse and don't know the rules. Everyone here likes big hitting football, but you have no clue. So you want all these illeagal hits, so your team can give up 15 everytime? Why not just hit the WR's before every catch as well?

This is crazy that some are saying kick him off the team. Hell, one guy said kick him out of D1 football. IMO it was a cheap shot, but I can see what Wade was seeing the way the return man was running up to catch the ball. In the heat of the moment he acted like an idiot on the sideline. He was ejected end of story.

Another thing lmmfao at au fans trying to be holier than thou. You had, and supported the dirtiest player I've seen in the SEC.

Ok, there was a fair catch called, Barely! It was hard to tell whether he was calling for a fair catch or shading his eyes. It could have been he didn't see it, he thought he made a good play. Arkansas is not the only team in the SEC to make a bad hit. It happens all the time. I've seen several hits that Fairly made last year that were never called. yet no one called him out.

I guess an ex LBer/FB might have a different football mindset than the people who have never played football. The penalty was obvious. The ejection was garbage.

When the Vandy coaches are going over film with that returner today, I'm sure they'll tell him he did everything right and to do the same next time../

The fair catch is his left hand with the wave, not the right shading his hands

But you still have to give him room to catch the ball, which, obviously didn't happen

I bet you are 6'6" 280 lbs as well? Did you beat up Allen in LA also? Get out of here with that shite. Many of us have played HS ball

Oh so now it was obvious? I thought it was the return man's fault

The only thing he did wrong was not wave his hand more clearly. It looked as if he was also using it for balance

Yeah, waving your hands by your waist = fair catch.
