Cool.

Like I said, Alabama wins that game 99 out of 100 times.

How are you coping with LSU’s playoff appearance and Heisman trophy winning season turning into a 7-5 nightmare?

Why would you keep someone who can't make a 12 team playoff? Think about what you are posting. If DeBoer can't make a 12 team playoff in year 2 or 3 why would we want to keep him?

Who are you going to hire that is better than Deboer? Who is worth.a $60+ million buyout?

Firing Deboer accomplishes nothing immediately but ensuring Alabama has to spend $61 million on his buyout and years rebuilding a roster.

So what coach is currently is worth all of that?

Alabama’s biggest Achilles heel is an overly emotional spoiled fanbase. The fact some Alabama fans, like you, are seriously advocating firing him at 8-2 and ranked #10 is proof of this.

I have heard one way is just to say he was never fired and hire a replacement and then look for cause after the fact.

But obviously no one would be crazy enough to try something like that.

I've never said that. I said if he loses to Auburn and misses playoffs his seat will be scorching hot for 2026 and it should be. You can't keep paying a guy 10 million dollars to not make a 12 team playoff. At what point do you say enough is enough? 5 seasons? 6? Tell me. Saying "who are we going to hire?" while not making playoffs is silly.

It's quite laughable how you trashed BK from day 1 and are now simping for DeBoer.

LSU has made the CFP one time. Ever.

LSU has no coach.

LSU is embroiled in a lawsuit with a former player.

LSU is embroiled in a lawsuit with a former coach.

LSU is going to finish the season unranked for the second year in a row.

The Louisiana governor has done a belly flop into the middle of the LSU coaching search.

LSU lost to Alabama.

LSU still has to play Oklahoma in Norman.

Yes, I nailed what and who Brian Kelly is from day one. I was completely correct about Brian Kelly. You were completely wrong.

We will see who is correct about Deboer. Your track record is piss poor, so I feel good about my chances.

You criticized BK for losing 7 games in his first 2 seasons.

And you're now on your knees for DeBoer's 6 losses (so far) across his first 2, despite him taking over a playoff team.

Constantly firing coaches is how you ruin a program.

People like you would have fired Bear Bryant in the late 60s.

How many years should DeBoer get to make a 12 team playoff? Lets hear it. Should we go ahead and just lock him down to a lifetime contract?

If Deboer gets worse every season for four straight years like Kelly I will not be defending Deboer. If Deboer has multiple unranked seasons like Kelly I will not be defending Deboer.

But at this point Alabama is ranked #10 and likely to make the SEC championship game and the CFP.

After the past three years, no one takes you seriously anyway. You are simply the punchline to a joke about Brian Kelly’s winning percentage.

Heck, maybe DeBoer wins out and has a better year 2 record than Kelly.

You can hope.

At least three, and five would be better unless he absolutely implodes.

And whenever it happens, if it does happen, Alabama better have someone already in mind. Better yet, they have their guy before they even make the announcement.

DeBoer has no clue what he is walking into next Saturday night in Auburn. None.

would not trade DeBoer for Lane

Lane would probably be the only person I would be comfortable trading him for and Lane is clearly toxic to the owners at be at Alabama or they would have hired him to begin with so I'll gladly ride with DeBoer and hope we figure it out

If we beat Auburn and make the playoff this year is a success in my book.

If we don't I'm not saying next year is must make, but he better be right on the bubble again and year 4 becomes a must make the field

He'll get 3 years minimum. It will all depend on the direction and circumstances around the program, not the opinions of people like you who just want to cry because they haven't matured enough to know how to deal with the frustrations created by their emotional attachments to things they have no control over.

I've already said that. I can't see after paying someone 30 million to not make a 12 team playoff that you would want to pay him 10 million more for another shot. Not sure how old you are but you would have loved Bill Curry. he just needed one more year and he was finally going to get it right.

There were Alabama fans who were outraged in 2007 that the Nick Saban experiment was a failure. They were demanding he be fired after he finished the regular season on a 4 game losing streak (LSU, MSU, ULM, and Auburn) to finish the regular season 6-6.
