He is making $4 million a year in Ames, Iowa. That is worth more than $8 million in cess pool like Austin. He has a good thing going at Iowa State and does not see any benefit in leaving.
We see what happened to Mullen. He had a good thing going at State and was making 4.5 million a year. Decided $6 million at Florida was enough to leave. Made it four years before he was run out of town.
Campbell knows the gig. More money is not always worth it when you find being thrown from the pot into the fire.

Was a good intense game, id like to see more explosive offense but the energy was great.

I missed this play that upset the ISU coach to the point that he was running down the sideline yelling at the officials.
Since Iowa State was only flagged once for 5 yards, I don't understand why Matt Campbell was so upset about it except it is something rarely called and possibly not ever in a Division 1 game before this.
