Interesting that so many LSU think if Daniels doesn't win Heisman he is being robbed.

Of course half of those fans were hating on him and saying Nuss needed to start after the FSU game. Never has a potential Heisman winner been hated by so many in his own fan base to start the year.
Now it seems like errrrrrrfrickingLSUfan thinks he is as good or better than Joe B.

Well when there’s a QB controversy which LSU clearly had at the beginning of 2022, fans will prefer one over the other.
To say that HALF the fan base wanted Nuss is a bit of a stretch.

I didn't see the controversy. Daniels played well in my estimation vs FSU. My post after the game.

Daniela was under pressure a lot. He made a lot of plays and missed some. He carried the load in first half.
Second half LSU was basically one dimensional on offense. That’s tough. I really think he is good QB. May not be elite but he is pretty damn good. Good enough if coaching decisions early on were better and if LSU can run effectively.
FSU wasn’t on Daniels.

As of now, that's definitely true if you look at what the Heisman is supposedly awarded for and Daniels' performance vs the other candidates.

I don't disagree. Simply pointing out that the change in attitude by a lot of the fan base. Same ones that wanted him replaced by Nuss now think he would be getting robbed if he doesn't win it.
