Whichever is easier for you lol shouldn't be anything to look at when you pull up losses for Trevor Lawrence
Burrow lost to his biggest rival A&M lol

If you want to go off only numbers and nothing else about the game then we have seen Burrow when he played a season and completely sucked compared to the rest.

Great work as always William

Based on his company with the others listed in those records, NFL should think long and hard before drafting him prior to 4th round. McElroy, Manziel, Tebow, Couch? I guess Cam has some great seasons for a while.
Tua should come back and continue honing his skills.

Cam is better somehow in his one season, smh.
LSU hasn't won the championship yet.

He won the NC but even then it wasn't a bad D1 season like Burrow had.
FACT: Joe Burrow is less than 500 yards away from doubling Scam Newton's 2010 passing yards!

Not a stat but nice try.
Scam Newton: 1
Joe Burrow: 0
Now it's a stat.
quote:Well then let's double Scam's attempts and completions.
With over 200 more passing attempts.
Scam: 370/560
Joe: 371/478
Oof...

Cam with LSU's team would have shattered what Burrow did. Burrow with Auburn in 2010 would have lost 3 games atleast. All those 3rd and shorts that were guaranteed with Cam wouldn't have been with Burrow and no NFL WRs.
I don't think Cam would have completed 77% of his passes even with this LSU team. Cam was not as accurate as Joe. The key to this offense is ACCURACY. Plain and Simple.

quote:Nice you left off the other stats to make it look better. But he still only averaged 0.7 yards per attempt more, no matter how you try to twist it, and 2.5 less per run.
Well then let's double Scam's attempts and completions.

quote:And Auburn's was a run first team. Joe averaged 2.5 yards per attempt less. Cam hit 66% of his pass but won by running alot too. Joe wouldn't have been able to run well enough to win in Auburn's offense. Joe had a great year this year but didn't last year. Elite players don't suck all but 1 year of their careers.

He didn’t completely suck. Actually his passing stats in the year that you refer to as completely sucking is close to Cam’s 2010 stats...so...

what are his stats for his other 3 years of cfb ? I can't seem to find too much, or, is joe burrow a one-hit wonder (gasp.)
Hey moonbat, most of the greatest QB's in history were only great for one season. Cause after their great season, they headed off to the NFL. As most QBs didn't start until their junior or senior years.
Now I agree with you, Lawrence is elite and next year he will probably be a top draft pick. However, he is not nearly as elite as Joe Burrow is. Not even close!

dang, do y'all look under all the players jocks ?
With respect to Joe Burrow, they don't have to. He's not called big dick Joe Burrow for nothing.

we had the actual Heisman, who needs a trophy named after him ?
