Clemson lost a metric ton of talent on defense from 2018.

Not saying they don't have guys in the wings to take their place, but alot of experience walked out the door in January.

(Well one of the left in December because he was juiced up, but ya'll get the point....)

My guess is the 2030s. The gap between the two programs continues to grow. Also Dabo has had a remarkable record beating teams he’s supposed to beat so I don’t see Clemson losing to UofSC until at least 2030

You are obviously too young to see Clemson when we were down or you wouldn't make such a comment.

I will say that I think the Dirt Peckers would have a better chance of catching up earlier in the season rather than the end. Clemson has a tendency to be a bit of a slow starter with games that are probably closer than they should be and a decent team has a sluggers chance of catching us early because Dabo plays young players early and in meaningful downs so they will be experienced in November.

I would like to so our rivalry game played at the mid-way point when both teams should be healthy and at peak form so we could play in-league teams when it could be big.. South Carolina vs UGA and Clemson vs FSU as our final games would be just as big.

That's been the narrative for a while now. Not saying the guys behind them are going to be as good as what we lost, but I think Venables has proven that he can get the next wave of guys ready

We have two 5 star DE to replace them. Obviously it doesn’t match the experience of last years D-line, but you are mistaken if you think Clemson’s defense is taking a major step back

In what decade
2011, 2012 & 2013 are already in the books for this decade - 2 more to play through 2020. a 5-5 series in this decade would send you detached/deranged orangenecks on this forum off a bridge

2021 shapes up pretty good for Carolina too with Hilinski or home-grown Doty at QB while JarJar Lawrence is losing every game with the Jets. Gamecocks won't be in dire straits at DL/defense in 2021 as the past 4 seasons, either.

I don't know if you pay attention to college football or recruiting or anything like that, but you are going to be very disappointed

That's not what I said. Is reading comprehension a skill not taught at Clemson in English 101?

But they do have to replace the entire D-line that was composed of 4 NFL players, including 3 that went in the first round. I don't care who you've got replacing them, that's a LOT of talent that won't be in that godawful purple and orange combination next year.

Just keep feeding your new guys ostarine. You'll be alright...

Mmm. Well a few glances at the history between your two schools shows that the series tends to go in streaks. Right now Clemson is in the mist of a great streak against USC. Before that USC looked like they completely owned the Tater Heads.

The streak will end when it ends so enjoy it while it lasts. Because when it ends, and it will end, you'll be left sucking hind tit in your state and with the Down's Syndrome Tiger as your mascot.

Yeah the series definitely goes in streaks, but it's usually Clemson going on one. Spurrier is the first time they got to go on a run like that against anybody and they didn't know how to handle it or how to act

So unless you are 10-11 years old, you must have just not paid attention to the Clemson SCAR series

it's borderline sad their sole motivation to act out is based on Carolina. there were 2 topics re:Alabama/Pickens on P1 with little/no taters participating when this flaming turd of a thread shot outta the OP's arse.

the Gamecocks are the first thing their fans think about in the morning, live their day according to, then dream about us at night.

Which is why they beat our arse year in and year out. I hate them like they hate us, hell probably worse. I just wish the big boosters, BOT and athletic department cared as much as I do.

You incest loving muthafrickers couldn't be found during our recent 5 game winning streak. The state was void of orange. Led your program back to its cheating status. Now get your sorry arse back to the drive thru window.

I pity folk like you. The reason I dislike Clemson has nothing to do with the school or success of the teams. It’s the arrogance of the baws who are has beens or never weres talking shite like they did something.

I know that exists on both sides but damn..do you have nothing better to do? It’s sad.
