It’s kind of silly to say a QB running the ball is taking away from the RB’s. It’s pretty clear to anyone that understands football, that having to account for the QB as a running threat will just as likely open things up for the RBs. But what is equally clear, is when a QB runs as much as Cam, it’s going to almost surely shorten his career.

Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne, Jonnu Smith, Hunter Henry, K’Neal Harry and Jakobi Myers

Damiere Byrd, Julian Edelman (on one leg), Ryan Izzo, K’Neal Harry, Jakobi Myers and Donte Moncrief
Yea, the supporting cast is not so great, but it’s an improvement from last year. NE also had a ton of opt outs prior to 2020. And how much did they spend in free agency this offseason? 80 million?

Cam can bulldoze his big arse into the endzone from 2 yards out... that's basically his game now.
Mac Jones is a rookie. Rough couple of games coming off their bye week, but he still leads all rookie QBs in nearly every meaningful category...so there's that. He's only going to get better with experience.

New England definitely needs to upgrade at WR. But they are better this year than last year. Still not very good, but better.
