He was awful. I remember him using like 250 lb. offensive linemen for his "scheme" that never had a chance of working in the SEC.

Center Ricky Stromberg weighed 264.

Hard to be worse than zero conference wins. One of the few people that I would just punch in the face if I ever met in person.

Our first successful booster's revolt had thrown out the AD. The temporary AD (she's evidently doing a great at Ohio) wanted Lane Kiffin. The Small Swinging Dicks insisted they handle the coaching search and freezed her out.
Things went to shite quickly. Even though plenty of coaches, some of them quite skilled, were interested in the job they had their sights set on Gus Malzahn. His agent stringed us along for a while and then used our interest to negotiate a contract increase at Auburn. Which, oddly, screwed both schools because the Auburn fans were getting tired of the Gus Bus.
We had pissed off all the coaches who had been interested by ignoring them and suddenly we were racing the clock to sign someone, anyone, to the job. Gus suggested Morris who just happened to be a friend of Jerry Jones. Which is how we burned the program to the ground.
TLDR version: God hates Arkansas football.

Who wanted Kiffin from what I've heard. She's doing a pretty good at Ohio as their AD. The boosters were calling the shots on that search... and let us hope to God that never happens again.

I forgot about the great Jeff Long.
He even leaked the bullshite Les Miles to Arky rumor.
Well, he did bring Les to Kansas. And then they both got fired from Kansas when the administration found out about the sexual harassment cesspool back in Baton Rouge.

We have seen what Arkansas has looked like since Broyles and his good Ole boys that either died or got ran off.
LOST.
LOST.

Both of them are friends and I have always believed and will continue to believe that Long knew about the Petrino affair before the crash.
This is the same dude that brought strippers to a Kansas basketball game.

The SEC is though, but the OOC games showed how bad he was.
Barely beat Portland State (5-7 in FCS)
Lost to San Jose State (5-7 in the MWC)
Lost to Colorado State (3-9 in the MWC)
Boat raced by UNT (9-4 in CUSA)
You forgot his worst one, 45-19 home lost to Western Kentucky, whose starting QB had been a Razorback for the past 3 seasons (Morris let him go)

Rumors of that time were that Malzahn recommend Morris.

Malzahn hated Arkansas ever since he kept getting rejected for courtesy interviews.
So Malzahn purposely flirted with the Arkansas job back in 2017 as he felt this was his time to reject Arkansas. He got a raise at Auburn and made Arkansas look like morons.

I want to see Titman roll another bowling ball down a hallway. Top tier motivation, right there.

An Oline coach with no head coaching experience won three SEC games in his first season in
an all SEC schedule.
What was Chad's excuse?

He outsmarted Arkansas in general.

It doesn't take much to outsmart the big whigs at Arkansas.
