I'm 25. Definitely not old! My niece is crazy too. She's a 20 month old wild banshee.

Coastie, here is an early Birthday present for you then. Pox or anyone else that wants to give it a try, call it a Christmas gift.

My Irish Cream Cheese Cake

3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
3 sticks butter
1/2 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
6 eggs
1 table spoon Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla
1 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
some confectioner's sugar
a pan with 2 cups of water in it

I was going to tell you Merry Christmas, but nevermind.

If you think Pox is old, I am ancient.

You and HBT are mean bullies.

I'm just fricking with Pox. I jokingly made a comment just like Pox's niece in an IM thread a week or so ago.

I don't care how old you peeps are. I <3 all my IM buddies. Even the crappy ones that only come in here from time to time or the posters who don't understand IM threads and come in here and flame.

Merry Christmas to you, Pox, and everyone else!

I love Baileys. That sounds really good.

I made peanut butter balls today. I found the recipe on the Food & Drink board. They are so good.

put pan of water on bottom rack of the oven and pre-heat to 300
mix sugar, butter and crean cheese with hand mixer
add 1 egg at a time
add Bailey's and vanilla - mix til color is even
slowly mix in flour
pour in bundt pan
bake @ 300 for 1 hour up to 1 hour 40 minutes (depending on the oven)
remove from oven when a tooth pick can be inserted and come back out clean
let cool for 10 to 15 min then put on a cooling rack
melt half stick of butter and drizzle over cake
put some confectioners sugar in a zip
mix in Bailey (enough to create a glaze)
poke hole in corner of bag and drizzle glaze over the cake
Sing happy birthday and enjoy

Pox is really old. I see nothing wrong with what her niece said.
I mean Merry Christmas

You still have 2 years until you can legally purchase alcohol......and in fairness I am the coolest.

Coastie, the kids make Christmas IMO.....they get so excited about the smallest things.

Ah, it's not so bad. The walker is a bit inconvenient at times and my arthritic joints hurt all of the time, but I manage.

Young kids today have no morals I tell ya.
