Manziel and A&M just laid the most points and yardage ever on Bama, in the history of their football program - 42 points and 628 yards....this, the #1 defense in the country last year allowing 250 yards/game.
I was at the game, and it was one of the most exciting games I had ever attended, even though the Ags lost.
All you guys could say last year was that good defenses such as LSU, FL, and Bama had JFF figured out by the 2nd half. I think Saban might argue with you on that one, since JFF hung 21 points on them in the 4th quarter alone.
The best team won, no doubt, as the Ags' defense were not up to par to deal with Bama's offense, and JFF made 2 mistakes - those combined to be the difference in this game. Kudos to Bama on a great win - it is obvious why they have won 3 out of the last 4 national championships.
Looking forward to the A&M/LSU game - should be just as good as this one, but hopefully with a different outcome.
What would happen if LSU beats Bama in Tuscaloosa and A&M is able to beat the swamp kittens in B.R.? Could be interesting.

This place would quickly experience a nuclear winter.

Impossible. This LSU team is unstoppable. Just ask UAB.

He ran for more yards in their bowl game last year than LSU had in total offense in its bowl game.
He hasn't been held to under 300 total yards in a game since his first collegiate game ever against Florida. He had two games where he played just a half, but those don't count (he dominated those too).
He's had over 900 yards of offense and 7 TDs against Bama and the Saban D in two meetings.
He's white and can outrun fast black people.
I hereby anoint him a quarterback god.

If JFF had any d at all he would be greatest qb ever in college no debate. Now it's a debate. Barely.

If mettenburger has a game against A&M like he did vs Alabama last year, LSU might win. But LSU gonna need some big arse luck though

Worst nickname for a team ever.

Well, maybe tied for first place with 'tu'.

I've always wondered about this. Do black DBs get a ration of shite from their teammates when they get torched by a white guy (Johnny/Swope/etc.)? If so, that's bullshite. Swope ran a 4.34 at the combine. There's no shame in not being able to hang with 4.34.

Vinny Sunseri blew past the whole A&M offense for a TD. It all balances out.

I don't think JM quite realizes this.
