I can appreciate the passion for his team. It might get absurd sometimes but we all do at one point or another.

That's because it's the only huge city in the south. Tons of large corporations here. A lot of universities in the area. It's not a bad thing until it comes to sports.

i just kinda ignore him. after that one thread one night where he was posting Bama stats and we all started just posting STATS and i made my greatest creation ever, the saban stats meme, i really stopped taking him serious because he was such a baby about it.
since then i take his posts with a grain of salt and i can admire his passion for alabama. if he could temper the arrogance and stick up assery i think he'd do damn fine
oh and just for shits and giggles
ETA: i know the transient view point and it's right but people also forget that in addition to not having all of atlantas support the braves have fans located throughout the southeast and actually the last decade have been in the top 3 most popular franchises or at least i think that's right

Cappy seems like one of those people who is insufferable when sober, but really fun and personable when he gets a little booze in him.

From his posts, I thought he seemed like kind of a jerk, but what do I know? Some of the Alabama posters are very cool, like cyde, chilld, NBamaAlum (I think that's the attorney guy), and TideFan. Others too. Then there are the rest.
