Your age is showing. Please stop making your mediocre season about Ole Miss. You talk about being one of the Big Boys and yet all you harp over is us. If you want people to respect you win for LSU not hope some other team loses to make your season. You guys are an embarrassment to real football fans as you all act like 12 year old autistic children. Accept your 5th place spot and move on kiddo

We shall see. If you win this weekend we play the same exact role. If you lose to Bama we have a similar role but in 4th. Even without Treadwell I figure we can still beat MSU

To answer the OP seriously, though, I thought we had a chance. If Treadwell had made it another yard (or, better, if he had gone down at the 2 or 3), we might still be in the SECw race. It was bad luck. Too bad for Treadwell. Too bad for us. But you can't look at that game and say, "No, Ole Miss had no business believing they could win the SECw."

Judging by the way LSU fans rushed the field after beating Ole Miss, they sure as hell must have thought Ole Miss had a good chance to win the West going into the game.
