I don't think about stuff like that very much. This is land of the free though. We Americans, in general, except each others differences most of the time. IMHO soccer won't be popular anytime soon. Hell, on a collegiate level it's the 6th popular sport at best.
I probably wood, but will pass on a hand job.......

Those types of people you protest/dislike will be the ones with cars on the road, without any riders. Just their car driving in traffic. Not all the time, but it would be frequent.
The cryogenic facilities just keep the human head, more cost efficient especially since the victim, uh customer most likely has an account to tap for the long term. Many years later when a cure is found for the head there should be enough funds to connect it to a monkey's body or whatever body option "David Ames" account can afford. I don't doubt that eventually the medical science will make some astonishing leaps, but it will never be good enough to completely cheat death.
