Look, Les Miles is gone. He was a moron. I suspect that he was also lazy.
High school coaches that watched LSU football practices were somewhat shocked to see the slow pace and disorganization of the practices. Now, when high school coaches are dissing the quality and intensity of your 4.5 million dollar man's football practices, you have a big problem.
LSU tolerated this problem for years. They were very nice to Coach Miles and gave him years to get his arse in gear, which he never did.
