I like a 10 team conference with no championship game and round robin play the best, TBH.
That actually was the original idea for the Big 12, before Texas Tech and Baylor used politics to force their way in.

We would whoop that arse if A1abana got into the playoffs again. And we’re talking about the conference title anyway, not the national championship... the SEC system is great on this point and doesn’t need to change.
I was actually thinking about the fact that OU beat Baylor for the right to... play Baylor again for the actual title in 3 weeks. I think that’s stupid when they already have a perfectly good way to determine the champion with a round robin.

Playing every team in your league every year is much tougher than you think. You don't get to avoid anybody. Be careful what you wish for.
