The Clemson DL will take away the interior run game and have Hurts uncomfortable all night.
Terrible things generally ensue for Bama when those two variables go the other way.
Until Jalen Hurts proves he can consistently hit short and intermediate passes in those situations smart money is to bet against Bama.

If only we had at least an average passing attack to compliment our running game I think we would beat them no problem. We don't though so they will stack the box, sit on the short routes and take Ridley away. Also, we have three 5 star running backs including one with a ridiculous ypc but Hurts will have 2 or 3 times the carries that Harris will get. I hope like hell that you can link this thread in January and give me a ton of shite for picking against the team I love but I am pretty confident that we will be beaten and out coached.

You aren't wrong. Alabama can beat most teams with half a QB. Clemson isn't one of them.
