I'm not an A&M apologist, but they didn't make the SEC schedule. When you play an SEC schedule, you have to assume that it will have at least a baseline difficulty.

Yeah, but every year someone has the weakest schedule in the SEC.

Last year it was Texas.

Don’t piss down my leg and tell me ut is raining.

I have great respect for Bama and most Bama fans.

I went to Bryant Denny stadium to watch the Tennessee game. I learned new lyrics to Dixieland Delight.

But you are a troll so troll away

Brother, I don’t know what to tell you. You can check my post history, and it will speak for itself on how much of a “troll” I am against A&M.

I pointed out that we were embarking on history in the SEC, which is 100% factual, and A&M fans started losing their minds.

If A&M wins a Natty over OSU, Indiana, ND, Texas Tech, even UGA, I will be very happy for them. Ole Miss as well. I will 100% root for UGA over non-SEC teams as well. AU and Tenn are the only ones I definitely won’t, with LSU and Texas being a case by case basis. I was rooting for Sark over OSU last year. Not every fan on here is a hater, but many of us aren’t going to sit back and not discuss history in the making. Playing all SEC teams with 4+ regular season losses is almost unfathomable.

So frick the teams that have played tougher schedules right?

Teams who end up playing harder schedules should get acknowledged for that, but its not A&Ms fault and they shouldnt be penalized for going undefeated

Unlike some teams in the conference, they scheduled ND as an OOC and their schedule still turned out mediocre. Kind of like how Texas scheduled Michigan for OOC last year.

Schedules are always a crap shoot. Alabama scheduled FSU and Wisconsin years ago and both teams turned into complete shite by the team they actually played. LSU scheduled Clemson and we got their worst team of Dabo's career

I dont knock teams for trying to put a good schedule together. Its not like they are Tennessee scheduling Syracuse or Ole Miss scheduling Wake Forest.

What are we supposed to do about it? Apologize? I honestly don’t get this incessant argument. We were assigned a schedule. We’ve played the schedule. We’ve beaten the opponents that were presented to us. Is there some sort of demerit we should inherit because the SEC didn’t accurately prognosticate the overall caliber of each team we played?

I agree with this.

The SOS arguments only matter AFTER the regular season is over and the CFP committee is choosing teams.

Until then, it’s a waste of time.

Reminds me of how everyone ragged on Mizzou’s SOS in preseason. We now have the 17th rated SOS so the arguments were idiotic.

Fault's got nothing to do with it. The problem is that there are only limited places for success, so if you reward teams for having shite schedules under the excuse "it's not their fault", then you are in effect saying SoS has no meaning. Because "it's not their fault" when some teams face multiple top10 teams either. But it's that path they were dealt. I don't even see the big deal, it's not like their schedule is disqualifying or anything. It's just nothing to brag about.

You dumb asses wanted to play all your traditional schedules. Okay. You got your way. So did other teams. Now you’re bitching because it didn’t work out to your advantage. GTFOH.

You can't have it both ways.

That's why their schedule isn't actually an issue and why they will easily make the playoffs etc. But they still have the weakest schedule in the SEC.

And we don't get any bonus points in SoS for what they were ranked when we scheduled them, nor should we.

I'm not knocking them, they just have the weakest schedule in the SEC. It's still in the top30 of the country. I don't know why their fans are making lame excuses for it.

Who and wtf are you even talking about. Our schedules are the same as always, easier compared to some in the past.

If it was up to me, the Big12 teams wouldn't even be in the conference.

Maybe, but you have to win in Austin to even get there because…wait for it…your SEC schedule is the easiest in the history of the conference. Pretty sure you would lose the tie breaker to UGA, Ole Miss, UTx and Bama if at least 2 of those are also 7-1 or better. That tells you everything you need to know about how bad your SEC schedule is.

Better win the next 3 SEC games if you want a championship (includes SECCG). Lose 1 and you’re probably out despite all of the hype and posts all season long.

Oh frick you. The vast majority of Aggie fans are just enjoying the ride. It is you whiny bitches incessantly bitching about schedule that is provoking responses. How about you worry about not shitting the bed against teams like FSU. Whiny bitch.

And the irony is not lost that last year A&M was using the same arguments against Texas that folks are using this year against them.

And they are using the same logic that Texas used last year (that they deemed illogical) about their schedule.

It would be more hilarious if it didn't mean they were doing so well.

You guys still have to win in Austin as well. A whole lot of hot air coming out of the Aggie camp for not having beat Texas in about a decade and a half.

Are you okay? We have played the them once in in the last 13 years!

Whats funny is both you will lick the nuts of the Traditional SEC old guard to 'fit in'. Nut up and be real Texans and burn this MF down and take it over.
Not sure what you're on about, but your Rig12 tortilla tossers will be exposed in the playoffs, probably the first game you guys play regardless of round.

Aggie beat the heck out of them in Austin last time we played there

We’ve won 2 out of the last 3 in Austin
