Coaches have unlimited access to top trainers, workout equipment and nutritionists, I've never understood why coaches bloat up like they do.

They work 80 hour weeks, travel a ton, eat on the road constantly, and have serious unhealthy levels of cortisol from their stress.
I can see how they bloat up.

Alcohol, imo. High pressure jobs either result in laser focus or collapse- both tend to result in a lot of alcohol/drug use
