they had drawn the Rose Bowl they would have been screwed. I think it is better for them than Oregon to play in the Orange.

I agree that in the current format it was better. I want to scrap the format.

It’s dumb that a top 4 team has to play a team with a tuneup and they don’t even get a home game.

Who do you think it is?

I would put money on the Horns over TTU if they played each other next.

You have to crown them Texas state champs.

What is a Texas State champ? And why do we care?

Tech could very well beat Oregon. Lanning hasn't won it all and frankly has gotten his ears pinned back by numerous teams in the old Pac-12 and new B1G.

You really sound like you're easily impressed, cowboy.

Texas and ATM both beat TT at least 60% of games played this season. TT is the Arizona State of last season. They played a weak schedule, lost to ASU and are about to be exposed.

Tech played no one all year. Beat byu twice and Utah. Other than that played terrible competition.

They did beat them handily.
Question is how does tech do with Texas schedule. Maybe the same as Texas but doubt better

Beating BYU and Utah ain't something one can write home and brag about.

Yeah I’m not sure what OP’s point is. That loss to Florida happened what, two months ago for Texas? It’s over. Let the shite go

His only bad losses were to Georgia in his very first game and to tOhio State. No one else has pinned his ears back. His only inexplicable loss was to Oregon State his first year. Otherwise, his losses have come at the hands of Day, Smart and Deboer.

What’s your opinion on how the UO game vs TT will go?

It depends on how good their oline is. I don't think it's as good as it is statistically. They seem to do a lot of waist bending.

I also think the long break is unfortunate for Tech.
