I never did hate him. He moved on to the NFL after LSU, no jilting of LSU occurred by ending up at Bama in my opinion.

No, he didn't.

Don't hate him to begin with. Just don't wanna see him succeed coaching for our big rival and surely want to beat him, and also yes a little bit upset he left after building what could have been a dynasty to move up to the next level but then ultimately find out that college is his thing. If you have him then you have serious issues beyond football you need to deal with.

Question is would Bama fans hate him?
Answer, hell yeah
Nope, I am very content with where CNS has the program at now. If he decided to leave I would wish him well, because I believe this train is gonna Roll for a long time, baring some catastrophic NCAA sanctions.
There is a small faction that would not take it to well. The drunk woman kissing CNS on his arrival to T'town would be kicking him in the nuts.

I don't hate him at all.
I have a strong dislike for Bama.

I was just curious will yall still hate Saban if he leaves Bama or will him being out of the conference ease the pain?
Lifetime Tiger fan here. Only f***in' children "hate" Saban. Many of us (the quiet majority?) don't hold it against the man for leaving college ball for a jump at the NFL. It didn't work out and later he jumped at the chance to take an open Bama slot. Who wouldn't?
All the Saban hating from LSU fans is frankly embarrassing. "Nick Satan?" F***ing please! You sound like someone trying to justify their homophobia by pulling out the "Adam and Steve" card because it sounds cute. No, it sounds stupid.
Back in the world of actual data (you know the one that the deluded tend to avoid), Saban always, always has very good and classy things to say about LSU. The fact that he has been so classy about all this just exacerbates the stupidity and childishness on the part of LSU fans. It's time to stop.

I am still going to hate Alabama. I respect what Saban started at LSU and that he is a great coach, but Bama can kiss my arse.

There's an old saying about enemies of my enemies... it doesn't apply here.

Never hated him. Did not appreciate his dishonesty when being recruited to Bama. I saw him apologize recently for that lack of integrity (more or less his words) on the CBS special done on him.
He made a mistake; not going to hate him for that. Never hated him for going to Bama. It was the best job available when he decided to get out of Miami and not stay in the pros.

My feelings haven't changed since the football was at its apex on the last play of that Iowa game. Never hated him but my dislike of him hasn't and probably won't change.

Yes. He's obviously a great coach but as a human being he's an oxygen thief.
