There are a lot of reasons this won’t happen that have noting to do with A&M (Okie lite suckling okie’s teet, tu’s ego not letting them leave a conference they run and even if they did it would be to a “superior” academic conference). That said, if it actually became a viable option then, as an Ag, I’d vote against it but wouldn’t cry over it. They’ll be a problem and you will regret inviting them but it’s ultimately up to all members to make their own choices, not just A&M.
I’d rather “compromise” and if the SEC wants more Texas exposure then just force us to play them OOC to bolster the conferences SOS.

Well then what's your point, dipshit? That an NCAA rule cost us a playoff appearance once in 2014 but it's really cuz BIG XII sucks and conference networks-n-stuff?
And I'm pretty sure it's the B1G and the PAC who aren't making the playoffs these days. They both have conference networks. Funny that....

Nobody is interested in watching Aggie Football. JFF elevated their profile for two years, but that quickly faded away. If they were half the draw that Ag fans want us to believe, they would dominate the TV ratings. Not happening even when they played Bama. What would the rating be for TX vs Bama or UGA?

A conference network wasn't going to keep all four teams that left in the BIG XII.

Which doesn't have shite to do with "networks". The ACC has Clemson in it, SEC has Bama in it. Those two teams are who's propping up their "conferences" in the playoffs currently. Sure as hell isn't any other teams in their leagues (including yours), free rider. You also have ESPN pining away for two SEC teams to make the playoffs every year, and no other conference does.
B1G and PAC have "conference networks". B1G and PAC are who's being "left out of the playoffs", and conference networks aren't helping them get there quite clearly. Sure as hell isn't the BIG XII being left out.
