Idk I kinda think he needs a younger fresh look at OC.

Once he reached the mountain top winning NC, his focus turned to divorce, partying, scoring with hott babes.

Depends. Loss in playoffs? Still here.
9-4 type year? He’d be in big trouble.

Goofy arse question.
If it hasn’t been for Booth, would Lincoln have enjoyed the play?

I told you all last season and and the whole offseason this year that Joe Brady made your team what it was. Even then, it took multiple key injuries to Alabama for you to beat them by 5 while having no injuries of your own.

I realize this is a troll but LSU had just as many starters out at Bama.

I don’t think they fully understand how big of a collapse this year is historically speaking. It’s never happened like this before

Serious question for LSU fans. You guys often point to the historic season you had last year and the mass exodus it caused being the root of the problem. So here’s the question and I’m not trolling, I’m asking sincerely as I’d like to hear y’all’s answers.
Other national champions have had great and even historically worthy seasons before without players leaving in bunches and it’s very rare to see a collapse of this magnitude. Covid obviously adds a little lagniappe to the pot but what do you say caused the mass exodus?

Had a ton of guys who knew that was the greatest team they'd play on and that it could only go downhill.
2019 LSU also generated lots of buzz and anyone connected saw their stock go up.

This is an absurd question. Why would we take out the greatest single season in college football history out of the equation?
Also he got LSU a fiesta bowl win too after the program hadn’t won 10 games in nearly five years.
He’s made some stupid decisions, and I have my complaints. At the end of the fa he’s still way better tom herman, and I don’t know why we’d trade for jimbo at this point.
He’s earned a minute to fix this

We’ve always had players leave early. Speculate on that however you will.
Losing Brady and Aranda to better jobs was the backbreaker.
Two of Saban’s biggest strengths are recruiting and convincing players to stick around. That’s a DEADLY combo.

This is why I asked the question. We have our viewpoint of how things are going but we obviously look through colored glasses. I wanted yalls opinion of how he is doing overall. Your opinion is what I was wanting to see. Could an lsu fan look at him, objectively, and give an honest opinion of how things are going.
Can we put aside his great year and look at the direction of the program, whether good or bad, plus what else he has done and give an unbiased opinion? Sometimes we are distracted by fluff or rat poison which is why I mention putting his great season to the side.

If O has a 8-4 type year in 2021, his seat starts getting hot.
He'll likely get fired if he finishes under .500.
