The Cigar also notes that Florida is still a crap team that won't smell a playoff for at least another decade because Billy is the best they can get and will never leave until forced out.

The problem is he does neither most of the time.
He checks down instead.
This is why he has a high completion percentage with low picks but really low yardage numbers (worse than Milton). He doesn't even attempt the deep shots. He just throws it underneath.
He's the opposite of DJ Lagway. Lagway shines on deep passes but misses the open underneath players. Nico is scared of the deep pass but is great at the underneath stuff.
