It's because he isn't making the correct argument. Mizzou didn't cheat to keep players eligible, it was one rogue tutor who then tried to get a hush-money payday from the university. Instead, university admins self-reported to the NCAA and worked hand-in-glove with the NCAA to investigate the incident and still got bent over by the assholes at the NCAA.
The whole this is bullshite.
