The issue is like you said Bama was “swinging a big dick at everyone”. This LSU team is taking a business approach to get the job done and letting their talk reflected on the field.

Lol, you are kidding right?

Oh wait, you're right, LSU has been so humble and business like this season, WTF!

I know the Clemson fans think they will be more motivated because they are playing the "disrespected" card, but you could make the same argument for the LSU D. They've been told all season they aren't any good and the last 4 games you've seen them play much better. OU's #2 offense was down 56-14 before scoring a couple garbage time TDs. They are finally getting healthy and Divinity is now back. The D will be the healthiest they've been all season and Aranda has had time to prep for Clemson.

Offensively this team is just playing on a different level. Clemson will undoubtedly blitz Burrow a lot, but Joe is one of the best QBs in CFB vs the blitz. His ability to slide in the pocket and keep his eyes downfield is NFL quality. Having Clyde back also gives him a lethal blitz breaking open field threat.

I think it will be a good game, but LSU will be confident, not cocky and I expect them to take care of business.

Don't confuse the fans with the players.

No LSU fan on God’s green earth thought we’d be playing for a national championship this year before the Georgia Southern Game.

Not a single one.

Win or lose, I have enjoyed the ride.

Best season I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching.

Even Saban said your team lost focus and had ate some of “that rat poison” last year. The LSU coaching staff and players will not let that happen.

I don't see LSU losing to Clemson. But stranger things have happened, like Miami losing to FIU.

LSU will win. I am confident. This is not like 2011-2012 where you knew if we played Alabama again we would probably lose. It will probably be the toughest game all year. But I am confident this coaching staff will have the answer on both offense and defense. Defense will get enough stops to win. The only way Clemson wins is if they are able to disguise coverages enough to confuse Burrow enough to get turnovers and that hasn’t happened yet this year. Clemson will have to pull something new out of the hat. When they do, we will adjust.

I think the Scar fans will take an LSU loss to Clemson harder than actual LSU fans...and that’s saying a lot.

Because we live among you scum and we're the ones that'll hear about it 24/7, not so much LSU.

It would certainly be tough to swallow. This is a special team that won’t be duplicated.
