Dan just needs a player personnel manager. If he has good players he's a quality coach.
I think recruiting (which can be cut throat) was never his strong point.
Without the players you don't stand a chance.

He outsmarts himself on QBs though. Likes the runners too much sometimes. Jackson Arnold looked pretty bad against Memphis and North Texas in those 2 losses. He also thought it made sense to start Franks over Trask at UF for some reason and an injury had to show us the real deal there.

You mean Florida gets to play USCe every year. Maintain a competent program and there’s nothing to worry about regardless of who’s running the show in Columbia.
