Yeah, not sure who are the walk on's and which ones were on the team from 2009. But if they walked on all four years, they too will get rings.

I know Ben Howell has two now so he would have three.

When Bama destroys ND, their run from 08 - present is a top 5 run OF ALLTIME. far more impressive than what the Bear did.

That's probably true. Of course, the Bear sustained his success for 25 years. Saban probably could too but I doubt we'll get the chance to find out.

Saban would be about 80 y/o if he stayed that long.

1st 6 years-

Bryant (58-63)
50-10-5 (only 10 games played a year w/o bowl)

1 SEC championship
1 National championship
1 perfect season

2 consensus AA's

10 players drafted
1 1st round pick

Saban (07-12)
(not counting upcoming BCSNCG)
67-13 (12 games a year w/o SECCG & Bowl)

2 SEC championships
2 National championships
1 perfect season

16 Consensus All-Americans

27 players drafted
11 1st round

One thing though. Even though Saban took over Alabama after going through several bad years due to NCAA sanctions, Bryant took over after probably the worse head coach Alabama had ever had, Ears Whitworth, having only won 4 games in 3 years.

Tinker walked on at Alabama in 2008. Saban gave him a scholarship this year.

Yep. He's the one who lost his girlfriend in the tornadoes.
