If Bama scores at the goal line against TAMU

Think about how different the trajectory for a&m is right now. No Heisman, no cotton bowl blow out. Recruiting probably isn't as electric. Just goes to show how one set of downs completely changes the entire perception of a program. If tamu loses that game, everyone is saying "they had a good year, but they are still a few players and a few years away. Instead, now they are suddenly the media's #2 in the SEC. Honestly, as an LSU fan, I sadly agree.

I think JFF gets the heisman anyways

Exactly. If bama didn't score on their last possession against LSU, UGA is the national champ.

I don't think they finish the year in the top two of the SEC.

I often think about things. I should've been a plastic surgeon, for instance.

You mean no hype for the following season, like if Ole Miss doesn't beat Tebow and Florida at the Swamp...

If my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle.

Could well be. I would have pulled for LSU obviously but if I had to bet all my money...

Most teams can point to a moment in a game where their season took a turn--either for the better or for the worst. What if we hadn't lost the close one against Florida? The BCS rankings could've been very different.
Thankfully, A&M stopped Bama.

Honestly everyone here would be much better off if Bama would have put that damn ball in the endzone.
Maybe telefa-whatever his name is wouldnt be pushing Dale and Latarian for worst SECR poster of all time too.

This. For A&M last season, I usually look at the comeback against ole miss as the turning point. Exorcised a lot of demons with that ugly win.

No. Without the Bama win, they would have given it to the dead virtual girlfriend.

Well LSUs fate doesn't turn out a hell of a lot different. But Auburns sure does. They are likely strapped with Chiz another year at least.

...LSU hires Spurrier in late 80's, followed by Saban, who sticks it out at Miami, then Miles. 10 CC's and 7 NC's???
Akin to if the 3 Victoria's models in my dreams were real.

Talking about A&M and what ifs.
3rd and 22 on their own 1 yard line. In Oxford

What if Mike Evans doesn't let a perfect pass bounce off his chest against LSU for an interception? 7-10 point swing and A&M beats ND by 30.

Basically. In 2005, Alabama was 9-0 leading LSU 13-10 in overtime on a 3rd and 6. Boom, touchdown LSU. Tigers to Atlanta.
