No I am not very smart, but you didn't seem to forget. Life is too short to hold grudges buddy. I apologize if I hurt you in your feelers yesterday.

Florida fans are extra annoying this year. You have Kyle Pitts and what else exactly? A crappy defense and a statue for a quarterback.

You're going to lose to us, you're not what you used to be. Kirby brings in much better talent.

It is a good schedule over all. I think LSU, MState will be tough wins for them, and I also believe way too many people are sleeping on Tennessee. They will slip up and beat somebody really good this year. I just hope it isn't us.

BigD is the best Florida poster on the board. He does not troll as a whole, and tries to be a fair and evenhanded as he can. I'll defend him over some of our own posters.

I am not pointing any fingers at any of our posters, but just stating a fact.

Doubt that, it would be super unlikely to get two teams from the same division in (assuming bama got in in this scenario).

I disagree. A few years ago we won our division and faced Alabama in the SECCG. Bama beat us and Florida went to a major bowl and we ended up in a much lesser bowl because we had the extra loss.

In his scenario, if you went 9-1 and played Alabama close you definitely could get into the playoffs. I mean, it is all conjecture and speculation, but I could easily see it happening. I mean, in 2017 Alabama got in without winning their division. Basically a similar situation.

Don't get me wrong, a lot of stuff would have to happen, but that is the way of the playoffs.

They likely would lose on of that five game stretch leading up to Bama. None of those are cake walks.

I can see it now Auburn and Alabama both get in the playoffs: 1. Alabama 2. Clemson 3. Auburn 4. Ohio State.

Bama beats Ohio State and Auburn beats Clemson to set up an Iron Bowl rematch for the national championship

The state of Alabama would turn into a war zone if this happened. This would be a peak 2020 moment

It's good that we get two weeks to prep for Leach's Air Raid

DL being too kind. I am middle of the pack at best, probably more towards the rear.

But I am not saying Auburn will win, as I think UGa will probably win in a close one. Just look at the schedule and Auburn's is manageable for the most part and even with a loss to Bama, they might be playing A&M for a playoff spot.

And it goes without saying they can definitely lose to LSU and several others this season. But those would probably be considered upsets.

ok, if you say so. I made somewhat of a generalized statement with a sprinkling of trollery but I'll keep this in mind.

Agreed. Now that LSU is exposed as a patsy the schedule is a lot less daunting.

Absolutely not. You are top notch and it is a rare thing on this board.

ell if i had to base it off last week I would say Auburn should be a 2TD favorite. however, for whatever reason we seem to have some kind of voodoo hex on Auburn. We win even when badly outmatched with them.

It would be the Auburn thing for them to come out of nowhere and win it all, though.

Wasn't meaning to lecture. But, BigD is definitely good people. I personally would prefer our fans treat him with respect. All other Gators are open season, though.

Fuuuuck that. I'll point fingers. I'd easily draft bigDgator over:
lewis and herschel
jodeaux
thomasbrown2k7 (pretty sure he's gone now)
**can't remember other poster's name that is since banned, but used to constantly email lew for access...

I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting, but short version, bigD has a lot of leeway in my book.
