Weird circumstance for Arkansas, probably similar to LSU’s when they played us the day after Thanksgiving for a made up trophy/rivalry

There is no doubt that the single most embarrassing thing about the Bert and Chaggy years is losing to Missouri.
There’s shame in losing to the Aggies, being pummeled like stepchildren by Bama, LSU and Mal-a-zahn at Auburn, losing to teams like Colorado State, NTSU and Western Ky…but the real shame is that every year after those debacle ridden seasons, our team just didn’t give a rip about playing a no-name dull opponent like Missouri.
Don’t get me wrong, they are still dull, boring and uninspiring….nothin about Missouri is motivating….but Arkansas is in the process of restoring self pride and playing like Razorbacks regardless of the opponent.
This doesn’t bode well for Missouri…and they know it.
