In all sincerity, Coach O said for me to tell you "bleebo boobah bookadoo".

In Cageron that means "Thank you."

I would love to eat gumbo and drink a case of beer with Eddy O one cajun winter night next to a fire while listening to Wayne Toups

You don’t let Aranda go. You let him coach both the Saints Defense/Head Coach and LSU Defense and give him whatever salary he names. The guy should have his own personal helicopter with a pilot.

You literally give Aranda anything he requests.

You need to learn from DaleDenton and Stonehog if you are going to troll your own fanbase. They have set the standard in that area.

So since he's coached at schools worth a shite, he's been pretty damn good.

Makes sense.

Ok so this helmet headed coonass dipshit manages to win a game against some gigglin', snortin' arkansas bedshitting hillbilly and now we're all awash in this cajun love.

Nope, you can save that.

Lsu has a good defense and not much else. This team is to offense what ole miss is to defense and that quarterback is everything one would expect from a third string grad transfer. Moving forward, an old woman on a walker can stop this offense.

The losses will start tumbling soon enough and when they do, these "O" fluffers are gonna feel real stupid.

The record speaks for itself, 90% of this board laughed at the hire, me included, I'm just here admitting I was wrong.

Yup Auburn would have the worst defense in FBS if it wasn't for Miami

It was a nice win and he got a signature victory he needed. He now has a little political capital to play with so to speak.

But his tenure at LSU will be defined by hardware. Bernie Moore, Paul Dietzel, Charles McLendon, Bill Arnsparger, Nick Saban, and Les Miles....the 6 poll era LSU coaches who were successful in their tenures here, all won at least an SEC title and 3/6 won an NC (and of the 3 that didn’t 2 came damn close).

The rest: Tinsley, Stovall, Archer, Hallman, and Dinardo all had nice moments like O did Saturday but couldn’t win anything (except Archer who was coach of the 88 SEC Championship team but couldn’t recruit and floundered when Arnspargers players left)

I maintain that there isn’t a coach in the FBS right now who would win fewer than 8 games per year at LSU. They have arguably the biggest inherent recruiting advantage in America.

I personally think Aranda is the next head coach of LSU.

That would be great but how exactly is that going to happen unless O decides to retire or Aranda goes to be a HC somewhere then comes right back if O flounders without him? It just seems unlikely.

I'm actually being honest, no shite. His body of work is what it is.

Look me up on here any other time, I predicted you guys going 6-6.

O would have to be fired within the next 2-3 years for Aranda to be the next HC. It would also mean we sucked, so would the AD even want to promote within, again, if that happened? Feel like they’d want to start over from scratch.
