I do not think your coaches have control of the team and will do no better this season. And speaking of last year, the Sooners lost to West Virginia, who sucks.

Then what was wrong with them last season? I know USC decimated the program but your team was terrible.

The Sooners coaching staff…are just a bunch of homers who are trying to put their old school back on. With that said, the Sooners are as good as their QB. Gabriel wins games. When he got hurt last year, his back up was àss it cost them games. Games Gabriel probably wins. Not all of them. They couldn’t beat horn.

Same happened to Arkansas. When KJ Jefferson went down, his back up was also butt. To cost Arkansas winnable games. Cost them a close game against LSU.

But if OU lost to WV and Gabriel was playing, then yeah, that is pretty bad.

Serious?

It was a complete rebuild and any leftover players were brought in under different schemes. No backup QB so limited RPO to avoid injury and QB still got hurt. Hell, we used a TE as our QB vs TX and wildcatted the whole game (it was that bad). 4 losses by FG. Complete coach changeover. Anyone who cares to listen knows what happened. No kids got in trouble so the coaches did have control. But of not great players and zero depth.

We have 123 players on Team 129 this year. 97 are 1st & 2nd yr guys. Top 5 class for 23. 5*+ true freshman QB to backup Dillon so if he gets hurt we have options.

Curious, what do you think our record will be. Put your money where your mouth is as they say.

A gutted roster which had to be completely flipped after the season?

None of these morons know what a roster flip looks like. All they know is went 6-7 last year.

That coaching staff has two Natty rings, dipshit.

Your coaching staff is the one trying to "put their old school back on". Jimbo Fisher and Petrino? Talk about washed up.

I think Missouri will score more points this year with that Burden kid.

If Drinkwitz could ever have a year he locks down the state. Gets maybe 8 or the Top 12, he would win more games. Isn’t the top DL and WR (Ringo) from Missouri?

What are you talking about? All your coaches are homers (either former OU players or coaches) putting their old school (OU) back on. Learn to read retard.

What does Jimbo or Petrino have to do with anything?

No they're not, dipshit. Most of the defensive staff are former Clemson staffers. Hall has no OU ties. Valai has no OU ties. Roof has no OU ties. Bates has no OU ties. Chavis has no OU ties. Emmett Jones has no OU ties. Bedenbaugh had no OU ties, he was just retained for a reason.

Venables, Finley, Schmidt, and Murray are the only coaches with OU ties. Lebby was just a student assistant once. That's not a coach. It's a coffeeboy.

We have several former players on the support staff in non-coaching roles. Is that what you're prattling about?

Lebby cried about how excited he was to go back and put on for OU. Your HC, OC, RB coach. Don’t try to play semantics and act like anyone on earth has any idea who your other coaches are. You escalated this just bc you got offended by the word homer. Breathe boomer.

You said "all the coaches were", retard. I done learnt to read.

Lebby was a student assistant here once. Basically a towel holder and waterboy.

I get that you don't understand any of it. Nobody wants to come back to A&M.

Actually BV has 3 national titles. 1 at OU and 2 at Clemson.

Something else is what BV did at Clemson. His “total D ranks” at end of each year:

Yr 1 in 2012: 63
Yr 2: 24
Yr 3: 1
Yr 4: 10
Yr 5: 8
Yr 6: 4
Yr 7: 5

He is recruiting lights out on D so far.
