You might be right. Wade's statements on the wiretap sound like one person trying to bait another into saying something. Dawkin's replies sound like someone who suspects they're being baited. VCU is less than a 2 hour drive from Quantico. Maybe they reached out to him back then. Truth can be stranger than fiction.
