I'd wish for LSU fans to get their wish, but I'd also hate to see Saban ruin his legacy.
He retired because it was time to retire. Nobody forced him, nobody pressured him, he did it on his own terms.

If Saban really wanted to continue coaching in the NIL era, he would never have retired at Bama. Dude had everything he could have wanted and more there, we all know that.

I’m an Alabama fan and I don’t even want Saban back. The man is 74 years old.
There was a considerable drop off in coaching, intensity, and the behavior of the team from 2020 to 2024.
Father Time is undefeated. Saban is the GOAT, but the man got tired. Let him relax.
